York County, Pennsylvania. The heart of our home market. York County offers a unique blend of working farmland, country estates, recreational timber tracts, country homes on acreage, and developable rural parcels within commuting distance of Baltimore, Harrisburg, and Lancaster.

Adams County, Pennsylvania. Apple orchards, working dairy farms, vineyards and wineries, Civil War history, and some of the best whitetail genetics in the state. Baltimore County, Maryland.
